In this Privacy Policy, the information that we collect from you and that is part of the usual service transaction and what happens to this information is defined. This Confidentiality Policy may be seen long, but the reason of this preparation is our belief that you should know the applications of Sile well in oder to take decisions based on information. Our partnerships make applications similar to the ones defined in this Confidentiality Policy; we subscribe confidentiality applications for Sile group depending on the effective legal requirements.

Accepting this Privacy Policy and User Agreement on subscription page during registration, you approve our using and revealing all this information in accordance with this Confidentiality Policy. This Confidentiality Policy shall become valid after the new members’ registrations are accepted.

1. An Important Note About Children
Children (below the age of 18 and) can not use the Site without a person controlling them. It is the responsibility of the guardian to prevent the children from giving personal information. If you are below the age of 18 and underage, you can use this Site only under the control of your guardians.


2. Information We Collect
Our main aim of collecting personal information is to make your experience secure, easy, effective and adapted. In this way, we can give you the best service according to your requirements and make your life secure and easier. We aim to collect the information necessary for only these purposes.

Generally, you can visit the Site without giving information about your identity and personal information. Once you give your personal information, you will be defined for us. If you choose to make use of our services, we will demand your contact and identity information, invoice, mail/cargo information and other personal information included in the Site. Financial and other information is the obligatory information that we use to invoice our services in order to verify your name, address and other information including credit card information.

We use them in order to conduct internal research related to demographic characteristics, interests and behaviours of our users to understand the group well, to protect it and provide service. This information will include the URL you have just passed (this URL may or may not be the Site,) the field name you will go (this field name may or may not be on the Site,) browser information of your computer and your IP address.

When paying the Shopping Charge, we can ask for additional information such as invoice address, credit card number, card expiration date and cheque or money transfer order.

We keep the personal letters, e-mail, etc. you send us and the messages that other users or third persons send about your activity or mails on the Site in a special file reserved for you.


3. How do we use your Information?
We use your personal information for the services you demand. We keep your personal information and the information we obtained from your current or past Site activities in a file opened for you and evaluate for this purpose: To increase the trade security, charge collection, to measure the relation of the consumers with our products and services, to give information about online and offline suggestion, product, service and updates, to privatize your experience, to determine the mistakes, fraud and crime activities and to provide protection, to support our User Agreement and other purposes stated while receiving information.

When you buy goods on the Site or when you give your financial information due to any reason, we use your address and invoice information to send you invoice and to present the related supports.

You hereby accept our using your personal information for marketing and development work, site usage analysisi,improving content and product suggestions, developing the content of the Site and our services. This will develop the Site and enable you to meet your needs easily, theregore you will be able to live regular, effective, secure and private experience while using the Site.

You hereby approve our using your personal information for giving you information and sometimes for banners, administrative notices, product offers and communication related to Site usage. By accepting this User Agreement and Confidentiality Policy, you accept to receive this information. If you do not want this communication, you can prevent some communications from Settings&Preferences page. You can change your notification settings whenever you want.


4. How do we reveal your Information?
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third persons without your approval for marketing purposes in accordance with our policy. However, below it is shown for which services your personal information can be revealed in a normal scope:

Advertising men. Personal information (together with the data of all product users) is collected and this kind of information may be given to advertising men and other thirp parties for marketing and promotion in a way that the identities of the persons are not understood. However, we do not reveal any information that can be used for determination of your identity personally to such institutions. Information such as name, e-mail address, password, credit card number, bank account number is not revealed to third persons without your approval in a way your identity is understood.

External Service Providers. There are many different services that we call external service providers and that assume complementary roles in Site use (listing, verifying, interagency, messaging – posting/sneding with cargo-, packaging, etc.). You approve our using your information in this way with agreement approval tab. However, these usages shall depend on the persons’ confidentiality policies. We do not reveal your personal information to external service providers except for the reasons arising from the nature of the service. In order to prevent your personal information from being revealed to these external service providers, you can cancel this approval or you may not use these services. As we do not control the confidentiality applications of third persons, you should evaluate the applications of these before using the service.

Internal Service Providers for our Operations. We apply to third persons that we call internal service providers in order to ease and support some of the work, product and service transactions we provide for you (for example, research technology, invoice collection, common sealed credit cards). In this case, some part of your personal information can be presented to these internal service providers. The said internal service providers are subject to reliability agreements they make with us and unless they take your permission for different usages, they are restricted to use the information we give related to Sile transactions by other legal restrictions. If an internal service provider is given information directly by you, use of your personal information shall depend on the confidentiality policy they use.

Other Institutions. We share most of the date we have including the personal information about you with our partner entrepreneurs in order to meet your needs related to online trade and related services worldwide. These institutions shall use this information to the extent they reach in a protectice way like the information they access by means of their other userd. Our partners do not provide a lower protection than the measures defined in this document to the extent of the laws. Sile and its common entrepreneurs or a combination of them can share your personal information with another operation institution if it plans to merge with the said institution or participate in this institution. When such a merger is the subject matter, new structure shall depend on this Confidentiality Policy related to your personal information. If your personal information is used in a way that is inviolation of this Confidentiality Policy, the notification included in the 9th article of this agreement will be made to you.

Legal Demands. In order to protect you from hostile persons, Sile executes inquiries that strengthen the laws and work with third persons to strengthen the laws. We can talk about intellectual righst, fraud and other rights as example. In this framework, related to a legal inquiry or an inconvenient illegal behaviour, a crime inquiry, we can reveal personal information such as ame, city, province, telephone number, e-mail address, user identity and history, fraud complaints, your purchase history etc. upon the application of the official persons and without a court decision. You authorize us in this subject by marking the approval tab. In accordance with our respect to your confidentiality and protection capability towards the group, we shall not reveal your personal information upon the demands of the official persons without court decision, court summons or similar legal transaction. The exception of this is our belief that revealing the information will prevent the physical loss or financial loss or that this is necessary for reporting an illegal doubtful activity.

We can not guarantee that all your private communication and other personal information will not be revealed except for the situations defined in this Confidentiality Policy within the framework of the existing regulations. For example (and not limited to these exampled) under some circumstances, when third persons cut the private communication illegally or access the communication or obtain the personal information of the users from the Site and abuse it, w emay have to reveal personal information to government or third persons. We make Standard applications to protect your confidentiality rights in this case, however we do not guarantee that your personal information or private communication will be kept private all the time.

Besides, Sile can not be charged if your information is obtained as a result of hostile and illegal attacks despite the security measures mentioned in the 7th article are taken or as a result of passing over these measures.


5. Access to Your Personal Information, Review and Changing
Our software enables to read and change the information you sent to us automatically by entering the Site and writing new information. In general, as it is difficult to verify your account by hand, we do not make change in your personal information that is predicated on your demand. You can change your user id, e-mail address, communication information, financial information, message information and user preferences in Member Main Page. You should correct your personal information if it is changed or becomes invalid.

Upon your request, we can remove your account, communication, invoice, sending and financial information from our active database. For such a request, please send an e-mail to bilgi@sile.com.tr. Such information is made inactive on the basis of activating your account and in accordance with the legal provisions together with our inactivating policy in the possible shortest time.

We shall keep some personal information you want to remove in order to prevent fraud, to collect the payments owed, to solve the disputes and disagreements, to help the inquiries, to strengthen the User Agreement and to harmonize with the legal requirements. Therefore, you should not think that all your personal information is completely deleted from the database upon your request. However, the presentation of such personal information to public and members will be inactivated and will be limited to only Sile personnel.


6. Other Information Collectors
This document is only related to using and revealing the information we obtain from you, except for expressing in other ways in the Confidentiality Policy. To the extent that you reveal your information to others in our site or other sites on the Internet, different rules related to their using and revealing the information you reveal shall be applied. As Sile does not control the confidentiality policies of third persons, you become subject to the confidentiality policy of the third person. We highly recommend that you direct some questions before revealing your personal information to other people.


7. Security
Your information is stored in the servers of Sile in Istanbul. We use operational and technical protectors including encoding, “Firewall” and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in order to prevent your personal information from being lost, stolen, accesses without permission and revealed and to protect your personal confidentiality.


8. Privacy Tools
We aim to make our confidentiality applications easy to understand. We have developed summaries that are easy to read and confidentiality principles and we work with a confidentiality support technoloy that helps to summarize all our Confidentiality Policy. 9. Notification
We can make improvements in this Confidentiality Policy from time to time, publishing the conditions on the Site. All improved conditions take effect automatically on the 30th day following their being put on the Site. We can make notification to you when necessary.
