Products that are purchased from www.sile.com.tr is under the warranty of Sile Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (it shall hereinafter be referred as “Sile”) within the warranty conditions of manufacturing company.

You can return the product you have bought within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without opening/damaging/breaking its package and without using it with
    • Product invoice
    • A letter including your order number.

Please open and check the package that you think is damaged during the shipment before the company responsible leaves them to you. If there is a damage on the product, do not take the delivery and have a record prepared by the cargo company. Do not forget that you accept that cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely after you take delivery of the product.

Return of the opened, USED, damaged and similar products is not accepted.

The customer is responsible to return the product with its status at the time of delivery. If the product is used, the return is only acceptable when production and/or material defect occurs afterwards.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the shopping, product charge is returned within ten (10) days from the date of the returned product’s reaching to Sile in accordance with the payment term.

If our company determines that the product and the package is opened, damaged, broken, destructed, torn, used ant etc. and if the product is not returned as delivered to the customer, the product is not taken back and the charge is not paid back.

If you think that the product has a defect, return it within 7 days without using it.

For the returned products, cargo charge and the expenses and expenditure related to payment (for example remittance fee etc.) belongs to the customer.
